Walking or cycling the local trails
Glyndwr's Way passes close to Cwm Deildre and there are various other footpaths and bridleways to take you around the Clywedog Lake or Hafren Forest accessed directly from the cottage. If you want to venture further afield P and C Taxis can organise drop off and pick up service along sections of the Severn Way, Glyndwr's Way, the Wye Valley Walk or other local trails.

of 13 acres of pasture to roam including our pond and river and where you can enjoy the wonderful wildlife, birds, bats, badgers, wild flowers and many varieties of fungi and our tame sheep, Lily and Patsy.
For Walkers
It is good walking country with many footpaths and bridleways that lead directly from the holding. Cwm Deildre is close to Glyndwr's Way and the Severn Valley Walk. Nearby, in the Hafren forest is the source of the river Severn and the Wye.
For Cyclists
It is great for cyclists as it is on cycle route 8 Lon Las Cwmru and with direct access to quiet gated roads that go all round Llyn Clywedog and up to Machynlleth along the scenic mountain road.

We know that country lovers will want to share their enjoyment of it with their pets so well mannered dogs who do not sleep on the beds are welcome. However there are a lot of sheep in Wales and dogs need to be under control especially around Lambing time.
