Bryntail Mine under Clywedog Dam Under the Dam and Bryntail Mine


R out of drive through double gates, follow track
At the top of the hill R through gate, go diagonally L to gate by orchard
Through gate bear L to footbridge over the river and over stile.
Go diagonally R through gateway to tarmac road.
L through gateway and L on main road
R (sign posted) to mine
Over bridge under the dam to the (ruins of the) mine
Up steps and through the small gate
Turn R along way marked path along the rover to the top of the hill
Turn L through gate and down track back to the mine
Retrace steps home.
